Hice una reserva la noche del sábado para un familiar y al ver que era a partir de las 12 del mediodía quisimos cancelarla a los pocos minutos y no aceptaron , eso es engañar a la gente . Tuvimos que reservar otro hotel para que pasara esa noche

Central Madrid. Fairly well located. You need to expect to get out on foot in Madrid. Room was clean and tidy and no surprises. Daily room cleaning. Breakfast was very good. Gym was a bit small and needed air con, but not bad for an addition. Rooftop pool with bar is always a winner. Staff friendly.

Excellent hotel with lots of character and charm. The staff were very helpful and kind even when they were under pressure. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The gym is on the second floor. It needs updating with some more machines and with the bells Roofterrace is lovely and welcoming.

Haven’t interact much with the stuff, but overall I felt good with it. Highly recommend the sky bar, drinks were ok, but the view of sunset was stunning, worth the stay.
